To enter any location, it is required to be over 18 and to present an official form of identification. To validate the ticket purchase, it is required to present at the counter: ticket confirmation, credit card used to buy the tickets and an official identification (passport, IFE, identification card or professional license) Tables are subject to availability. Client acknowledges and agrees to pay the amount specified on the online ticket purchase. Tickets are only valid for the date selected at the ticket purchase moment. Payment methods to process ticket payment are the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and those cards issued by foreign banks. Once the payment is processed, the client will receive an email confirmation that should be printed and presented the date selected and in the location selected. This confirmation will only be valid for the person stated in the document and it is non-transferable. This document is not valid for cash back. Extra charges are considered the following items: any drink that is not included in the open bar, shoots, photos and/ or souvenirs and tips.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- There are no cancellation under all circumstances. Only date changes are allowed.
- All cancellations must be requested by email at tickets@cocobongo.com.
- Any attempted cancellation in a manner other than as described above shall be void and guest will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
- Table location or placement subject to change without notice.
- Disregard or violation of these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate reservation and guest will not receive a refund of any kind.
Date Changes Policy
Date changes could be requested by email at tickets@cocobongo.com or at the ticket’s office and must be received at least one day before reservation date.

- Minimum credit for beverages available
- The credit for consumption paid with the table could be used to buy ONLY alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (drinks and/or bottles) from our bar, excluding photos, souvenirs and any other product inside Coco Bongo.
- We DO NOT accept payment with virtual credit cards, gift cards or prepaid cards. If you buy with a card of this type, the products will NOT be delivered at the ticket office.
